For all the benefits of stress reduction, we need to be careful not to lose the positive aspects, just like with weight loss. We also need to make sure we maintain our positive habits. For example, drinking a lot of water (even in small quantities) can also be very beneficial in relieving stress. For some people, it might feel good to have stress reduced (in many cases, this is very helpful in getting through the day), but if you are prone to anxiety, you should also be aware that this can actually lead to more anxiety, which is why it's best to make sure you're not overly stressed to begin with. If you are going to start taking supplements or taking other supplements, be aware that the effects can last up to 3 months, and many are very harmful if they aren't taken regularly (i.e. too much water).
