Dairy products have a strong inhibitory effect on testosterone production, so you can't get your body to produce enough testosterone by eating dairy. You need to replace all your dairy products with meat, poultry, eggs, and fish. You may want to follow the same program as above but start by eliminating dairy products first. After you have eliminated all dairy products, you can start incorporating other sources of testosterone, such as beef, pork, dairy, seafood, and eggs.
